THANK YOU FOR THE INTEREST! AN UPDATE...
I have decided to take a leave of absence from tattooing due to personal health issues as well as the uncertainty around COVID. I want to thank everyone I have worked with so far and I look forward to what the future holds. I am excited about continuing to release printed goods and share other projects. Please stay tuned on Instagram for new artwork, merchandise and updates, and feel free to sign up for my email newsletter at bottom of this page.
With gratitude,
Elizabeth

COMMUNICATION
I respond to emails as soon as I can but sometimes it can take up to over a week, so thank you for being patient with me. If it has been more than that, feel free to send a follow-up message. My email capacity is limited and I am not able to engage in more than a couple straightforward emails pertaining to your design. Usually questions can be answered on this page, in person during the consult or at the appointment. If you feel like you need more time to discuss your design, let me know and we can schedule additional consult time.
DEPOSIT / CONSULT / ARTWORK
My rate is $175/ hour with a 1 hour minimum, and I accept cash only. If your project is accepted, I will ask for you to pay your deposit on my SHOP page (via Paypal) to secure your appointment. Your deposit goes towards the final cost of the tattoo, but is forfeited for reschedules or cancelations made less than 5 days before your appointment, or if your idea changes and requires new artwork. It’s hard to give an estimate on how much your piece will cost until we have a size figured out and artwork dialed in, but if you are working on a specific budget please let me know. Included in the price of the tattoo is a 15 minute in-person consult if you need it, and if you need more time we can schedule it. I almost always email the drawing over at least the evening before your appointment; however, I am human and sometimes I am not able to do this, in which case it will be ready for you at your appointment. There will always be time for minor adjustments the day-of, but major adjustments may require a reschedule.
DAY-OF STUFF
Please do not apply any lotion, oil or sunscreen to the area we will be tattooing, and please do not wear any perfume or scented lotions the day of (my studio is scent-free). You do not need to shave the area we will be tattooing unless you want to. Tip: exfoliate your skin in shower prior to coming in if you don't already do that. Please come hydrated, not hungover and not sick. Be sure to eat beforehand and bring snacks and water with you if we will be having a longer session. You can bring a friend or have someone stop by for quiet support but please no groups of friends/ social gatherings as my space is small and I work best with fewer distractions. I am an introvert and often prefer to work without a lot of conversation, so if I am not chatty, please don't take it personally :) Please feel free to bring headphones to listen to your own music or podcasts if you wish. I accept cash only at the time of service. There are ATMs nearby; please plan ahead to accommodate daily ATM withdrawal limits.
AFTERCARE
- Leave your bandage on overnight unless otherwise instructed.
- Remove the bandage the following morning and gently wash with warm water and soap.
- Pat dry with a clean towel and then apply a thin layer of all-natural lotion, coconut oil or salve (I recommend Vegan Ink Balm by Wild Rose. I also recommend lotions like Dr. Bronner's, Alaffia, etc.).
- Apply a thin layer of lotion twice daily until your tattoo is done peeling (about 10 days to 2 weeks).
- Be sure to keep your tattoo clean by washing daily with soap during the healing process.
- Do not pick or scratch. Allow skin to fall off naturally.
- Do not over moisturize. Apply lotion sparingly.
- Do not go swimming in baths, pools, hot tubs, or natural bodies of water until your tattoo has healed (2-3 weeks).
-Generally touch-ups are free of charge within 6 months of getting the tattoo, after which they will be charged the normal price of $175 per hour.
